The Eillert batch washer has been specially developed for lower capacity washing needs and is intended for example, fruit and uncut products such as tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as cut lettuce and herbs. The washer can also be used for pre-washing before cutting the products and for disinfecting the products if a disinfectant is mixed with the washing water.

The washer ensures that products that normally float will also be washed.
