Destoner separates heavy and hard surface, non-floating objects, such as stones, from root vegetables before further processing. The machine collects them at the bottom of the machine’s tank.

The separation of stones prevents damage to the blades of the other processing machines. In this way, the products maintain high quality, and there are no interruptions in production.

The machine has a water tank where the products can be pre-rinsed.
