With the EasyDip-100 vegetable roots can be treated with an agent that prevents browning. The treatment reduces the bacterial population on the product’s surface by preventing it from growing. The treatment agents also reduce the activity of root vegetable enzymes so that no discoloration or peeling occurs on the surface of the product.

The FF EasyDip-100 is automatic and the processing time and amount can be adjusted as desired. By using the machine, the same regulated treatment is obtained for all products.
