The packing line includes a vibrating doser and a weighing instrument that weighs the weight of the package and automatically stops feeding when the desired amount of product is dispensed into the package.
The line takes up less space compared to traditional packaging and horizontal lines, and provides more flexible packaging options. The products can be fed in line, for example, directly from a tank or with conveyor from the previous production stage.
The dosing vibration function ensures accurate dosing and easy adjustment.
The equipment can be used in both the bag and the container. Product-specific packaging programs are easy to use and enables fast product changes.
After dosing and weighing, the product can be closed, for example, with a vacuum device or sealer.The equipment is hygienic, easily washable and completely stainless.
