FAM-CMD

The FAM CMD.2 is a robust cutting machine that easily cuts large amounts of cooked, chilled or frozen meat and poultry in strips or dices.
FAM CMD.2 is suitable for
– cheese such as mozzarella, gouda and cheddar
– meat such as bacon, ham and beef
– poultry such as chicken and turkey

The combination of three cutting tools allows very high flexibility in the choice of cutting sizes and shapes. The adjustable slicing knife first cuts the product into slices, after which the circular knives cut the slices in strips. Finally, the crosscut knife spindle cuts neat dices to the desired height.

FAM CMD.2 is operator-friendly and easy to clean and maintain.
